Cercigny Cottage with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Vivonne, Poitou-Charentes, 20 km south of Poitiers and 30 minutes from Futuroscope, this 300 m² cottage welcomes up to 13 guests in 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living area, private TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and individual electric heating in every room. You’ll also have access to a private barbecue, baby cot, high chair, children’s toys and books, a dedicated workspace, coffee machine, and shuttle service to the train station. Three bikes and one e-bike are available for your use.



Relax in the private garden and on the open terrace surrounded by water—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Please note, the riverbanks are not secured; children remain under full parental responsibility during all water activities offered on site. The outdoor area also features games for your enjoyment.



Five shared parking spaces and a shared bike storage area are available. Events are permitted with the owner’s approval. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away, and a shared pool table is accessible.



The hosts live on site but not in the reserved accommodation. All shops are 5 minutes away, with sports, cultural, and family activities nearby. A cleaning package is available for an extra fee; you are expected to leave the cottage as you found it.
