Welcome to Villa Eden Balinais, a fully private Provençal villa of 135 m², nestled in the heart of Var in a peaceful, secluded setting. Perfect for families and groups, it accommodates up to 9 guests in a comfortable and exotic atmosphere.



The villa features 2 master suites with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one double bedroom, and a family room with a sofa bed and a single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure your comfort year-round.



You’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, workspace, and provided bed linens and towels.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: a private heated pool (April to October), a 5-person jacuzzi available all year, barbecue, garden furniture, pétanque court, foosball, both covered and open terraces, and on-site parking.



Events are not allowed to preserve the peace of the property and neighborhood.
