Chica's Luxury Loft in the Heart of Lucca's Historic Center
In the heart of Lucca’s historic center, on Via Michele Rosi, Chica’s Lucca Luxury Loft occupies the top floor of a historic building. The location is central yet quiet: the street is peaceful, with no restaurants or noisy businesses below, while being just steps from Via Fillungo and the picturesque Piazza dell'Anfiteatro.
This loft is about 200 sqm over two levels, offering spacious, well-designed interiors. The generous living area is the heart of the home.
The property features air conditioning with split units in every room and central heating with radiators throughout. Each room has its own thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature individually during winter.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is in person, with an agreed arrival time. Check-in between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm is included; after 8:00 pm, check-in is available for an extra fee.
The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building. The staircase is wide, and although there are several flights, the stairs are more comfortable than many in the old town.
The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). You cannot reach the building by car, even to unload luggage, and temporary access permits are not available. If needed, you can arrive by taxi.
The nearest parking is Parcheggio Mazzini. Additional street parking is available near Porta Santa Maria and Porta San Jacopo, both just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
