Leave your everyday life behind and escape the tourist crowds: Villa Amarea is an exclusive, newly built holiday home in the idyllic Istrian village of Blaškovići (near Kršan). Surrounded by untouched nature, lush meadows, and boasting a breathtaking view of the majestic Učka Mountains, our villa provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable family holiday or a relaxing getaway with friends. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and space for up to ten guests, you will enjoy absolute privacy and the highest level of comfort.

THE INTERIOR
The villa is flooded with natural light, features modern furnishings, and is fully air-conditioned throughout. The spacious, open-plan living area invites you to relax and unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen (including a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and all necessary utensils) meets even the highest culinary demands.

To guarantee maximum privacy, each of our four bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom:

Bedroom 1 (The Garden Suite – Ground Floor): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the garden.

Bedroom 2 (The Master Suite – Upper Floor): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to the spacious upper sun terrace.

Bedroom 3 (The Panorama Room – Upper Floor): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Učka Mountains.

Bedroom 4 (The Flexible Guest Room – Upper Floor): Two single beds (which can be arranged as a double bed upon request), en-suite bathroom, and terrace access.

(Note on occupancy: For up to two additional guests, we are happy to provide two high-quality folding guest beds upon request, which can be flexibly set up in the rooms of your choice.)

THE OUTDOOR AREA & POOL
The absolute centerpiece of Villa Amarea is our fantastic outdoor space.

Private Pool: Enjoy refreshing moments in our private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. (Please note: For your own safety, glass is not permitted in the pool.)

The Summer Kitchen: Spend balmy summer evenings in our fully covered outdoor kitchen. Equipped with a traditional charcoal grill, it is the ideal spot for authentic Istrian barbecues. A large outdoor dining table invites you to enjoy convivial gatherings.

LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS
Although you will enjoy complete peace and quiet here, the most beautiful spots in Istria are just a stone's throw away:

Beaches: The beach at Plomin Luka is just a 7-minute drive away (free parking available). The family-friendly white pebble beaches of Rabac can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes.

Shopping & Dining: A local supermarket for fresh bread and daily necessities is just a 5-minute drive away in Kršan. Larger supermarkets and excellent restaurants can be found in the picturesque hilltop town of Labin (10 to 15 minutes away).

Excursions: Discover the historic castle in the old town of Kršan (Stari Grad) or take a scenic drive into the Učka Nature Park.
