Amazing stay, nice property and super friendly host

We stayed with our family (9 adults) for a week in the house of Francis and enjoyed it very much. Spacious, clean, and the communication with Francis was great, he is a very friendly and welcoming man. A lot of privacy on the property and the garden is completely sealed (great for dogs). Amazing area. Would recommend!

Amazing property in an amazing setting!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous and the setting is idyllic. We stayed for two weeks in may and have already booked to go back next year! The house is well equipped and all rooms have their own shower/toilet. The surrounding area is beautiful and the owners Francis & Sylvie are the highlight of the trip!

Great Visit

The hosts were friendly and very responsive both to messages before our stay and to our requests during our stay. They went out of their way to make our visit hugely enjoyable and gave us several valuable recommendations for local places to visit. The house is spacious and exceptionally clean, although we spent most of our time outside where there are several well-furnished areas in shady/sunny spots as required. The heated pool is outstanding. i would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Very impressed

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday here from the 4th to the 19th of June 2016. Eight of us in total ranging from Ollie the toddler to grandpa Barry, with a few others in between. On arrival (11pm due to late flight) we had a little trouble finding the house as the postcode didn't take us to the Villa. However after a frantic half hour of driving up and down various driveways in the dark we were thankfully flagged down by a very happy Francis and we were escorted to the house without being arrested. Two bottles of wine awaited us from a local wine Co-op and our holiday began ! The house is fantastic, very spacious and simply furnished. Large galley kitchen although no oven but there is a great BBQ and plancha so we didn't miss the oven at all ! The heated pool was perfect and has steps which suited our 3 year old, although there is no shallow end as such, the depth is around 5 feet 6 inches across the length of the pool. Plenty of outside seating/dining areas and lots of places to escape each other if you feel the need ! The nearest Supermarket is a Hyper U (French Tesco) in Pertius around 10 minute drive and is massive ! There are several wine co-ops nearby which sell great wine too. The nearest Village (Villelaure) is about 2 miles away and has two Boulangeries, mini market, bar/cafe but not much else. Francis does provide several bicycles and we loved cycling to the village each morning for our bread and croissants ! There is a great Pizza van which parks up on your way into the village too (if you've had too may glasses of Rose to drive, With a bungee cord and some careful riding you can fit 4 large Pizzas on the rear rack of the Blue bike, ;) Francis was very helpful when needed and wasn't intrusive at all, he and his wife live in an adjoining house but you wouldn't know as they totally leave you to it and you really feel like the place is your own. There are no stone steps outside for toddlers to fall down, the pool is fenced and very secure and there is plenty of space for them to run around ! To conclude we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly recommend the house. Having been visiting France for over 15 years staying in similar places to varying degrees of success, I can confidently say that this was one of the best houses we have stayed in. The interior might be considered a bit minimalistic by some people, but we found it both practical and functional, lacking very little. Très bon et je vous remercie, Francis

Maison de rêve pour vacances de rêve !

Située loin de toute nuisance et proche de toutes les commodités, cette maison est telle que décrite sur l'annonce et conforme aux images fournies.Les installations extérieures ont comblé toutes les générations.Contre la canicule, les climatiseurs dans toutes les pièces, les brumisateurs des terrasses, les frigos et le congélateur ont largement contribué au confort exceptionnel pour passer les journées et les nuits de manière forte agréable, sans oublier la grande piscine et le jacuzzi. Calme, tranquilité et espace

Arrivée aisée, prise en charge au portail. Francis nous accueille avec le sourire et un verre de bienvenue. Pour : Boulodrome sous les arbres, grand terrain à l'abri des regards, piscine aménagée, chauffée au frais des utilisateurs, agrémentée de 10 transats. Terrasse ombragée, fraîche, très agréable. Les photos correspondent à l'aménagement. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de salle de bain et WC. Nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser la climatisation. Des bbq sont à disposition.Moins : La cuisine est en couloir, où il est difficile de circuler à plus de 4, le four est difficilement utilisable, la porte fermant mal. Des rideaux occultants seraient appréciés dans les 2 chambres à l'étage. Il faut régler l'électricité consommée avant de partir, soit 80 pour 10 personnes, sans chauffage, ni climatisation, certains feux à gaz des barbecues fonctionnent mal.Conclusion: très agréable séjour, dans un cadre intime et sécurisé, proche de nombreux endroits à visiter, maison meublée simplement mais plaisante à vivre. Je recommande, nous pourrions y retourner.

Une excellente semaine dans cette propriété!

Grâce à un accueil très chaleureux et des prestations allant au-delà des descriptions, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille! La piscine sécurisée, le trampoline, la salle de jeux, la terrasse très ombragée, le boulodrome, le mini golf, le très grand jardin… font de cet endroit le lieu idéal pour permettre aux enfants de s’amuser en toute sécurité et aux adultes de se reposer.

Nous avions réservé cette propriété au vu des photos et des avis très positifs sur Abritel et notre séjour à été au delà de nos attentes .Grande maison de vacances impeccable de propreté ou rien ne manque , un havre de paix dans un cadre enchanteur ou tout est fait pour que les vacances soient inoubliables . Propriété superbe et mieux que sur les photos,du coin cuisine/spa avec sa "Réserve à coca " et la brumisation que nous avons adoré . Francis est un super hôte disponible,discret et très réactif en cas de problème même non lié à sa location .Le plus il nous a fait découvrir avec bonheur les exellentes huitres d'un producteur et les célèbres Panisses de l'Estaque au lmarché de Saint Martin de la Brasque .La réservation est faite pour 2025 .

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage!

Die Anlage liegt abseits des kleinen Dorfes Villelaure, man hat hier absolut seine Ruhe, jedoch in 10 Autominuten einen Hyper U und erhält hier alles mögliche für den Alltag. Der Gastgeber wohnt auf dem benachbarten Grundstück, man stört sich jedoch überhaupt nicht. Er kam nur zu Check in/out, sehr früh morgens zum reinigen des Pools und wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Francis ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar zu seinem Marktstand eingeladen. Lediglich die Toiletten, wie in solchen Ferienhäusern oft, sind etwas „empfindlich“, auch wenn man nur Toilettenpapier hineinschmeißt. So waren an den letzten beiden Tagen die unteren 3 Toiletten unbenutzbar, die oberen beiden funktionierten einwandfrei.

Très bonne Surprise !

Un endroit extraordinaire pour se ressourcer au contact de la nature à l'abri des regards et du tumulte . Accueil convivial des propriétaires avec un verre de rosé du vignoble voisin "les Jardinettes". Nous avons eu la surprise et la primeur du nouvel aménagement du coin piscine/Spa (beaucoup mieux que sur les anciennes photos du coup !) c'est une réussite et nous avons adoré. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette escapade dans cette belle propriété avec l'espoir de pouvoir y revenir dès que possible. Corinne

Au TOP ! Superbe location.

Séjour très agréable en famille. La villa est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les vastes espaces extérieures sont très bien entretenus et bien aménagés (le terrain de pétanque est au top). Tous les équipements sont conformes à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et plein de belles attentions en plus de leurs conseils précieux. Une belle rencontre avec deux personnes qui font tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Tout le monde a trouvé sa place dans cette belle propriété, y compris nos deux petits chiens. L'extérieur avec une jolie pergola faite de vigne vierge et un magnifique saule pleureur ou il fait bon s'installer dessous. La piscine chauffée, très bien entretenue. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons . Francis et Sylvie, les propriétaires, sont chaleureux, accueillants, de bons conseils ,discrets et disponibles . Nous recommandons vivement cette location

UNE RÉUSSITE Ce gîte est vraiment confortable et bien équipé et la piscine est magnifique. L’accueil est des plus chaleureux et la région pleine de magnifiques endroits à visiter. Dans cette grande maison où la climatisation est un vrai plus, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain et ses toilettes et qu’il y ait à disposition un lit et une chaise haute pour bébé. Il n’y a pas de four dans la cuisine mais Francis nous a expliqué comment faire et nous avons réussi nos plats grâce à l’excellent barbecue-four à l’extérieur ! Les Propriétaires sont des personnes discrètes et sympathiques que nous avons été ravis de rencontrer. 5 étoiles sans aucune hésitation
