3* Gîte: Port & Beach, 50m from the Sea, South-Facing, Quiet Location
Sunny, spacious, and peaceful gîte for up to 4 guests. Completely new with all modern comforts. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for preparing your meals. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Electric shutters and double glazing ensure a pleasant stay in any season. Bedroom with TV and 160x200 cm bed; living room has a sofa bed of the same size for excellent comfort. Hallway with large wardrobe and storage. Free Wi-Fi.
The gîte is opposite the marina and just 100 m from the beach. Everything is within walking distance: many shops, butcher, bakeries, fishmonger, restaurants, and a minimarket open Sunday mornings. Close to the town center, with a market on Saturday mornings and a fish market on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Easy parking with free public spaces around the apartment.
For families: children’s playground on the beach and skate park nearby. Casino open year-round.
Bed linen rental and cleaning package available for an extra charge. The gîte is equipped with duvets and pillowcases. Cleaning products, bath mat, and two tea towels are provided for your comfort.
