Inselruhe - central apartment in the village center of Norddorf

Welcome to Inselruhe, a lovingly designed holiday rental in the heart of Norddorf. With 40 square metres of space, it offers a peaceful retreat for couples or families who appreciate the Nordic country house atmosphere.

The apartment has just been freshly renovated and still has a few imperfections, which can be seen in the photos. These will, of course, be fixed by the time the apartment is available to you.

The apartment is on the ground floor and features a bedroom with a 140-cm bed—enough for two adults. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that can be quickly converted into a cosy bed in the evening. The bedroom is not separated by a door.

The fully equipped, very spacious kitchen has everything you could want: A stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils make it easy to cook in a relaxed, home-like atmosphere.

The bathroom is modernly furnished with a shower, toilet, sink, towels, and a hair dryer.

Ample storage space is provided by three large drawers under the bed, as well as a clothes rod in the bedroom and a chest of drawers in the living room. In the space between the bathroom and the living room, a cosy sitting area invites you to read or relax.

The apartment features Wi-Fi and a spacious, sunny terrace with a table and chairs—perfect for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing afternoon. A public car park is just a two-minute walk away.

Inselruhe combines a central location, a Nordic country-house feel, and a cosy atmosphere—a place to arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at ease, whether it’s a summer holiday or a getaway during the off-season.

The apartment was freshly renovated in early 2026. Since we, as a young couple, designed everything ourselves, we’re very open to any feedback or suggestions for improvement.
