Close to the GR70 (Stevenson Trail), the Velay Greenway, and the wild Loire, this countryside holiday apartment is fully on one level, carefully renovated, and equipped with features meeting accessibility standards.
Ideal for guests with reduced mobility (Tourism & Handicap label) or seniors.
The main living area includes a fully adapted kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, 2-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter and pod coffee makers, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, cookware, and a raclette/grill. The lounge area offers a sofa and an 82 cm flat-screen TV with TNT thematic channels.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink unit, and a fully adapted walk-in shower. The bedrooms are modern and colorful with quality bedding.
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190, vaulted room, very comfortable in summer, opens to the living room.
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190, exposed beams and spacious.
Household linen is included. Cleaning is available for an extra charge.
