On one level and set in peaceful Ariège countryside, “La Petite Maison” enjoys a privileged location at the meeting point of three departments: Haute-Garonne, Aude, and Ariège. Nestled in a 12-hectare property, including 6 hectares of organic crops and a pesticide-free vegetable garden, it offers a preserved natural environment—perfect for unwinding.



The accommodation features private parking and is ideal for those seeking tranquility, whether for remote work or to explore the region with a view to settling here. The popular Domaine des Oiseaux is accessible on foot via marked trails.



The gîte is non-smoking, offers free Wi-Fi, is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and welcomes one pet under 10 kg.



It consists of two rooms: a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster), a lounge with a sofa bed, TV, and a small library. The adjoining bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. There’s a bathroom with walk-in shower and electric towel dryer. A washing machine and mobile drying rack are also available.



The house has two sunny 18.5 m² terraces on either side, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors all day.



Just 2.5 km away, you’ll find a village with all essential amenities: medical office, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, and various shops.



On arrival, beds are made and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility and can be requested for an extra fee.
