The villa offers direct access to Lake Pusiano, only 150 meters from Lido di Merone. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and two sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation while exploring the Lake Como area.



You will have exclusive use of a large, well-kept private garden with a furnished barbecue area and easy lawn access to the beach at Lake Pusiano, just a short walk away. The villa also includes a "Relaxation Room" with billiards, ping-pong, and table football. Bicycles and indoor parking are available upon request. Please note, the attic is not accessible.



This year, Villa Lukas is even more comfortable for groups and families, with a new cot in one of the bedrooms for restful nights for your little ones.
