Il Focolare is a welcoming 65 m² apartment named after the old fireplace in the mezzanine living room/kitchen. It features two bedrooms—one double, one twin—both served by a single bathroom with shower, ideal for families with children.



La Fonte began as a farm producing wine and olive oil, a tradition it still maintains alongside hospitality. Guests in the apartments can experience the charm and beauty of an authentic country estate.



We will welcome you and let you enjoy country life with wonderful experiences in nature.



Heating is available for an extra fee in summer months. A surcharge applies for check-in after 10 pm. Extra single bed available in the rooms.

La Fonte is a family-run farmhouse set in the heart of a five-hectare estate, featuring one hectare of woodland and the rest dedicated to olive groves, orchards with fruit and vegetables, and vineyards.



Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area. Shared facilities include a 12-meter pool, a tennis court, a volleyball pitch, a large garden, and a barbecue.



Located on the ridge dividing Val d’Orcia from Crete Senesi, La Fonte is perfectly positioned for visiting Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Monticchiello, and Montalcino.
