Sea, Countryside in the City Center – Rooms 1+2

Our house is ideally located along the GR 34 trail in Douarnenez, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, its restaurants, and the city center. The only green space in Douarnenez, called Les Plomarc’h, is right in front of the house and offers free parking.



It’s the perfect spot for scenic walks surrounded by greenery with the sea below. This former fishing village now features a teaching farm where you can see animals like donkeys, horses, cows, and sheep. For children, there are playgrounds with free access.



The house has 4 floors, with the top floor entirely reserved for you, offering the best view in the house. You have two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the other with three single beds. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. In one of the bedrooms, you’ll find a microwave, and there’s a refrigerator on your floor. Room 1: two beds joined as a king, direct access to the bathroom, sea view. Room 2: three single beds, a table and chairs, bathroom access via a separate door.



The ground-floor terrace is a peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and sharing moments together. Breakfast is available every morning at your chosen time.



As a surfer for over 30 years, I offer you the chance to discover surfing, with surfboard and wetsuit rentals available for an extra charge. I’ll be happy to share tips and advice.



This guest room is suitable for 2 to 5 people. A door between the two bedrooms lets you enjoy time together or privacy when closed.
