The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table for convivial meals and a comfortable lounge conducive to relaxation. From the dining room, you can access a terrace furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue, surrounded by a pretty garden with trees and flowers.

Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a children's bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm), one with a double bed (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). A second bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet complete the ensemble.

The basement offers a relaxation area that teenagers will love, with armchairs, board games and a dartboard for sharing good times after the beach.
