Holiday Home ‘Finca Rafalet’ with Pool, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning & Garden
Located on the outskirts of Pollença on the lower slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range, the holiday home ‘Finca Rafalet' boasts beautiful views of the countryside. The charming 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Furthermore, a table tennis table is provided for your entertainment. The highlight of this property is its fantastic private outdoor area where you can relax while surrounded by nature. This includes a garden, a pool, terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. In approximately 8 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Pollença with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Furthermore, the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollença can be reached by car in 16 and 18 minutes respectively.
