The Hörtenberg apartment offers a stylish 35 m² retreat for up to three guests. It features an elegant bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped living kitchen with a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower.



The 17 m² southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax in a private, tranquil setting with beautiful views of Hörtenberg, St. Magdalena, and the Mendel Mountains. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi provide extra comfort. You also have access to a sunbathing lawn and a solar-heated saltwater pool (April to October, weather permitting).



The "Triangolo" is the heart of Trianglhof—a stylish lounge for meeting, relaxing, and enjoyment. The Trustbar offers a fine selection of wines from Kellerei Bozen, stored in the wine fridge and available for self-service; you pay afterwards. Board games are available for children. The Trustbar is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm for your relaxed enjoyment.

At the fully fenced Trianglhof, you enjoy peace, nature, and stylish surroundings in a unique location with impressive views of the Rosengarten in the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The lovingly designed garden features a heated outdoor saltwater pool (available in summer), sunbathing lawn, and playground—perfect for relaxing. The newly built estate stands out architecturally, blending modern design with alpine charm. A stylish lounge and breakfast room with bar and farm products offer delightful moments. Thanks to the central location, you can easily reach public transport, shops, and the famous Kampill snack bar on foot. The cycle path along the Eisack, cable cars to Ritten and Kohlern, hiking trails around Bolzano, and the city center are just minutes away. Complimentary airport and train station transfers complete the offer.
