Magnificent newly renovated villa just a 10-minute walk from Marbella’s best beaches. You can walk down to the beach. Located in a very quiet area, it features a beautiful garden with an outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and barbecue.
The house offers 4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests and 4 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The spacious living room and kitchen are fully equipped.
The villa is well connected to Marbella center and Puerto Banús, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday with all the comforts of the city nearby.
Ideal for families. Events and groups of young people are not allowed. Enjoy peace and quiet, with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. No smoking or pets allowed.
