Alpine design, a balcony with mountain views – and all around, the Schwendberg between 600 and 2,762 m. The ski bus stops 100 m in front of the house every 10 minutes. By car it is 8 minutes to the Möslbahn and 9 to the Horbergbahn, from where the Penken/Horberg/Finkenberg ski area with 142 km of slopes is directly accessible. The Hintertux Glacier and the Zillertal Arena are also a short distance away. In summer, Mountopolis on the Penken and the Sommerwelt adventure pool are great options.
