Located in Chiré en Montreuil, this charming 60 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, and pod coffee machine. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, and heating. Electric heating is available for an extra charge from September 15 to May 15, while firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.



The indoor staircase has a weight limit of 100 kg.



Enjoy the private garden and open terrace for relaxing moments, as well as your own barbecue. The property is by the river, in a very quiet setting at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful stay.



You will have a shared parking space on site and access to a communal bike storage room. Please note that pets are not allowed and parties are not permitted.
