Upon entering, you'll find a guest toilet and a fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar open to the living-dining area for 6 people. The living room features a fireplace, air conditioning, and access to a large terrace with stunning sea views—ideal for outdoor meals.
On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, plus a third en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Two of the bedrooms open onto a small covered terrace leading to the back garden.
