Cozy rental in the La Grière area for a relaxing stay just steps from the ocean. The living room features a TV and free Wi-Fi. Two sleeping areas are available: one with a 160x200 cm bed (new in 2025) and another with two 90x200 cm beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped for meal preparation. The bathroom includes a multi-jet shower, sink, and toilet. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers for your moments of relaxation.



A pet may be allowed under certain conditions and for an additional fee. Please request this when booking through the platform.



The accommodation is carefully prepared, and you are asked to respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an optional service for an extra fee. Even if you select the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
