La maison des ombrines – Close to Phare Beach

Comfortable detached house with a lovely terrace, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a kitchen area with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, fridge/freezer. Back kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a cabin bedroom with 3 bunk beds suitable for young children only, and a second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Entry via the bike room, enclosed garden with terrace. Bed linen not provided. Optional cleaning service available for an extra fee.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please respect the property.



Bed and bath linen are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all garbage and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please notify us on the morning of your arrival to indicate your approximate arrival time.



Do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services. Non-compliance may result in additional charges.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
