LAYOUT: Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, TV), 1 bedroom (double bed 140 cm), living room (BZ sofa), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine), garden furniture. Private parking 300 m away. Optional cleaning service available. Pets allowed under certain conditions; please contact the owner via the booking platform’s messaging system.



The accommodation is carefully prepared—please respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you select the cleaning option, you are asked to leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please indicate your approximate arrival time on the morning of your stay via the booking platform’s messaging system.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the municipal recycling containers.
