Comfortable terraced house "La Familia". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: terrace. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 900 m, ferry "La Manga del Mar Menor" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cartagena 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mar Menor 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
