Welcome to the Hochschwarzwald-Dreisamtal! Just outside Freiburg, we offer our modern and bright basement apartment "Haus Bella" (approx. 65 sqm) for up to 2 guests; additional guests upon request.



The apartment is quietly located in Stegen/Oberbirken in the beautiful Dreisamtal. Thanks to its convenient location, you can quickly reach many Black Forest attractions. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, and banks are within walking distance.



This non-smoking apartment is new, functional, and comfortable, offering three living rooms, a storage room, and a large sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a cozy dining area.



The separate bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), wardrobe, and dresser. In the living area, you will find a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed (160x200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink; towels are provided.



A built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a basement compartment offer extra storage. A washing machine is available for an additional fee. The sunny ground-floor terrace is perfect for relaxing.
