The apartment is officially rated **** by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

NOTE: Although the living/sleeping area sleeps 4, there is no separate bedroom.
- Completely newly furnished with modern furniture and light-colored vinyl flooring

NOTE: Water may seep in during bad weather—unfortunately, this cannot be prevented and is not a defect.
The balcony has a drain on the right side under the sofa.

NOTE: The living/sleeping area is located on a small raised platform and has a small step leading to the balcony and the rest of the apartment.

Complex:

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor up to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by lift or staircase. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use.
Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible

A great highlight: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.
There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee.

Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town centre, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away.
