Independent house in the Périgord Noir, peacefully located on the heights of Montignac, just 1.5 km from the Lascaux Caves and 2.5 km from the International Centre for Cave Art (Lascaux IV).



Enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Ideally situated, you can make the most of the private garden, exclusive pool, and terrace with beautiful views.



The house offers all comforts: a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and more. Living room with fireplace and dining area.



Two bedrooms have double beds; one bedroom has two single beds. A baby bed and high chair are available free of charge on request. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine, and hairdryer.



Free Wi-Fi.



Badminton, table tennis, sun loungers, and barbecue provided.



Private parking and shelter for vehicles.
