Quietly situated in a green setting, bright and modern: hiking trails and forest paths, a supermarket, a star park, and a playground are all within easy reach. Sunny balcony, kitchen with stove and oven, one double bedroom plus a single bed, living room with a comfortable sofa and large TV, and a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress for two people, bathroom with shower/tub and bidet. The Buchenzauber holiday rental is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Please note that no “listed” dogs or dogs classified as dangerous are permitted.
When booking, you can add the holiday for one or a maximum of two dogs to your basket. Please specify the dog’s breed.



Holiday rental for 2–5 people:

The “Buchenzauber” holiday rental in the idyllic Eifel village of Höfen sleeps up to 5 people. You’re welcome to set up a portable cot for a child. And bring your dog along on holiday. The “Buchenzauber” holiday rental is a smoke-free apartment.
Upon request, you can receive a bassinet for a baby up to six months old and a safety rail for one side of the bed.
The apartment is in a quiet, nature-rich location. From the apartment, you can set out directly on hikes in the Eifel, long walks, or bike rides.
The Buchenzauber holiday rental is bright, lovingly and modernly furnished, and features free, high-speed Wi-Fi.
The upper floor consists solely of the living room.
The holiday rental is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
In the living room, you can relax on a large, comfortable sofa. The living room features a large TV and a sleeper sofa measuring 1.40 metres by 2 metres with a spring mattress.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside lamps and an additional single bed. Closets and dressers provide plenty of space for your belongings. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils. There are also plastic plates and cups for children.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a (shower) bathtub with a grab bar, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. 



On-site costs: One night costs 76 euros for two people. You can rent the holiday rental for a minimum of two nights; the cost of the final cleaning is additional. The cost of the final cleaning is 80 euros. All utilities are included in the price. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental, on the porch, or on the property. Bedding is included. Children up to age six stay free; each additional person pays 35 euros per night (children up to age fourteen pay 15 euros). If you are bringing a pet (maximum of 2 dogs allowed), please book this directly online (15 euros per night). If this is not possible, please let us know in advance. Dogs on the restricted list are not permitted in the holiday rental. Towels and tea towels are available for 2 people at a cost of 15 euros. Prices do not include sales tax due to the small business exemption. We require a 50 percent deposit at the time of booking—payment deadlines are listed in the booking confirmation.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
