Located in La Hoguette, Normandy, this renovated 70 m² cottage welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor offers step-free access with a bedroom (double bed, TV) and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a lounge with sofa, TV, and DVD player, plus a shower room. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area complete the interior.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, workspace, private barbecue, baby cot, high chair, children's toys and books, and homemade jam.



Outdoors, relax on a private 80 m² terrace wrapping around the house and a private garden with children’s play equipment. An outdoor shower awaits after the beach.



A shared parking space and bike storage are available. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. There is a shared playground and ping-pong table.



The cottage sits on peaceful wooded grounds, built with eco-friendly materials. Many hiking trails surround the property. Explore Normandy easily: Caen 20 min, D-Day beaches 35 min, Mont Saint-Michel 1h30. Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided. Heating is available for an extra charge from October to the end of April. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
