Great place to stay in a scenic location

Pros: The apartment was clean and modern and had all the equipment we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location next to the Gasthof meant we had easy access to food and drinks and the kids play area when we needed it. We were travelling without a car and it was easy to get around using the local bus service, which stops right outside, or by walking into the village and using the train. We also went for some lovely walks and runs into the forest right from the apartment itself. Michael also very kindly provided us with a lift to and from the station with our bags. Not only that but he also took us to see places we couldn't reach without a car, and took our kids for a tractor ride and to visit his sheep, which they loved! He didn't hesitate to provide recommendations, such as the beautiful local swimming pool, and even brought us sparkling wine when he heard it was my birthday! Cons: There was some traffic noise from the main road that is quite close by but it wasn't really an issue. That's the only reason I didn't rate 5* on the location. Obviously the proximity to the road makes access very easy.
