Private: property, garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Tauernspa" 27 km. Ski lift 5.6 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: Krimmler Wasserfälle 26 km, Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen 6 km, Einstiegstelle Tauernradweg 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel Arena 10 km, Kitzski (Kitzbühel-Kirchberg-Mittersill), Schmittenhöhe Zell am See.
