Located in Préchac, this charming 65 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, plus a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, traditional filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine, and raclette grill. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, electric heating in every room, step-free access and interior, self check-in, and a private barbecue.
Outside, relax in your private garden with mountain views—perfect for the provided sun loungers. The west-facing, uncovered private terrace is ideal for dining or gathering at sunset with a beautiful landscape.
There are 2 shared parking spaces on-site and a shared electric vehicle charging station available for an extra fee. A secure storage room is provided for bikes and ski equipment. Please note, events are not permitted on the property.
Bed linen (sheets and towels) is not provided and cleaning is not included. However, both bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras for an extra fee.
