Indies 605, 1 bedroom, 1 bath

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise and a relaxing vacation then the Indies 605 is the place to be. This beautiful and modern condo is located on the 6th floor at The Indies. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with all the amenities one could hope for in a condo. We keep the condo clean and current. We recently painted the condo and replaced the carpet in the bedroom. There is a 50" flat screen tv in the master bedroom and flat screen tvs with built in DVD players located in the hallway bunks for the kids. The bottom bunk has cable, but the top bunk is DVD ONLY. The cable company only provides 3 cable boxes in the unit. The living room has a 70" flat screen tv and is open and airy with spectacular views of the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, dishes, utensils and a washer/dryer unit. This unit has granite in the kitchen and bathroom, tile throughout with exception to the master bedroom and bunk area, which has new carpet. There is free WIFI and cable.

Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, roof top sprayers and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking.

The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks across the street.

Fun Getaway!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Indies! We have travelled to Ft. Morgan several times and the condo was everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the simplicity of this condo. Clean and an easy walk to the beach. Flew in to down our 30 year anniversary here. Wish it had a cooler and beach chairs but there was a rental on the beach.

Quiet and relaxing

Indies 605 is well-kept, clean, and inviting. Our stay in early February was quiet but all the residents we met were very friendly. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the beaches were uncrowded and beautiful. Definitely a keeper.

This condo was perfect for me & my son. The bed was awesome & he said the couch was super comfy too. Loved hanging out on the balcony in the mornings with my coffee. It’s in a small condo building so it was never very crowded. The roof top was really nice too. We played cards there & watched the stars.

Perfect Little Oasis

The condo is a perfect size for a couple. Very clean and (modestly) equipped. The MOST COMFORTABLE bed we have ever slept on on a vacation. The walk to the beach is a little far (but if you plan to spend the day on the beach, then this is not a problem. If you need to leave and come back often, then it is a bit of a walk). The beach is so clean and uncrowded. We are looking forward to staying her again! Thank you, Ashley!

Dream private beach in a gated community!

We loved our time! The bunk beds w tv were a huge hit w our 10 and 8 year old! It’s a spacious, very clean condo, recently painted. There’s a porte cochere for unloading and available luggage carts. This unit is right off the elevators. Security is available and friendly. Pool is large and well maintained. It’s an easy 1/3 mile walk from the condo door to the water. There are tent rentals on the beach, $60 a day. We brought a wagon to go to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Things to bring: Beach towels Extra paper products, including trash bags Dish soap Multipurpose cleaner Maybe extra bath towels

Absolutely wonderful!

This by far has been the best renting experience I've had booking a vacation rental. The owner gave specific directions for everything. The condo was immaculate. I always wipe down surfaces to be sure everything is up to my standards. I didn't get a speck of dust/dirt from anything! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view is amazing! I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise. I love the seclusion of the Fort Morgan area so not being in the center of all the activity is a plus for me. The walk to the beach is very short. We found the perfect spot each time. We will bring our bikes on the next trip. There were several people jogging and bike riding through he gated community. I will definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful!

The condo met my needs perfectly for my visit to the Fort Morgan area. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and had a great ocean view. The owner was prompt to answer questions I had before and during my stay. I was traveling by myself and felt totally safe in the condo. I was in Fort Morgan for a wedding and after visiting with my family which included three small children, it was nice to come "home" to the Indies 605 to relax.

Gorgeous views all around of the gulf and the bay. Owners were incredible communicators and were quick to help us even when issues were out of their control. Quick, pretty walk to the beach. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the pool area. Thank you for a great visit!

Roomy Condo with Relaxing Oceanview Balcony

My wife and I spent 5 nights here with our daughters, 6 and 8. We all thoroughly enjoyed it! It was their first trip to the beach and they loved having it just a short walk away. We also spent plenty of time at the on-site pool and hot tub. And when it was time for bed, they both felt important having their own tv on each bunk bed. The condo was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

The condo was just perfect for a getaway for myself and my wife. It is very homey, comfortable and classy. It had everything we needed to prepare a few quick meals. The view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and a very short walk from the condo. The entire community is cute as can be. We were close enough to many great restaurants, but is definitely off the beaten path. We can't say enough good things about our stay. *There was some construction going on while we were there, but it didn't impact our stay at all. We barely heard anything. Don't let this deter your decision to stay here!
