This comfortable accommodation offers plenty of space for families and features a bright atmosphere, cosy furnishings, and a beautiful view of the lake.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, and a selection of books. The adjacent dining area seats four and is ideal for shared meals, game nights, and convivial holiday moments.
The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, providing everything you need for a hassle-free stay. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the lake.
The large bedroom with a double bed and two separate mattresses (each approx. 90 x 200 cm), as well as the second bedroom with two single beds and a spacious closet, offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren bereits vor ca 10 Jahren in der Wohnung. Da sie uns sehr gut gefallen hat haben wir uns erneut für sie entschieden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass nun eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht-das war damals noch nicht so. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Bietet im Prinzip alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist toll. Den Hafen / Stadtkern erreicht man zu Fuß in rund 10-15 Minuten. Gut möglich, dass wir uns bei einem zukünftigen Urlaub in Heiligenhafen erneut für diese Wohnung entscheiden - so sie denn frei ist!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung in welcher nichts fehlt. Nur der Stellplatz könnte etwas größer sein. Mit einem SUV muss man schon ein bisschen manövrieren.
