Kein WLAN - Weiter Weg vom Parkplatz

Wir hatten es tatsächlich nicht erwartet, dann kam es unerwartet KEIN WLAN, vielfach eigentlich mittlerweile Standard. Vielleicht könnte man es in der Wohnungsbeschreibung kenntlich machen, damit man vorbereitet ist. Der Weg mit dem Gepäck vom Parkplatz bis hoch in die Wohnung durch drei Türen ist beschwerlich und macht den Urlaubsbeginn und die Abreise anstrengend. Sonst ist die Wohnung und der Meerblick einfach toll und die Ausstattung gut aufgestellt. Großenbrode und die Ferienvermittlung Bünning sind toll und eine Reise wert!

Viele Hundehaare in der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und der Ausblick noch schöner. Fahrräder und Strandsachen konnten wir bequem großen im Hausflur abstellen. Wir sind und allerdings noch nicht sicher, ob wir die Wohnung erneut buchen würden. Es gibt leider keinen Schlüssel für den Poller auf der Straße, sodass man mit dem Auto nicht bis vor die Haustür fahren kann. "Am Haus abstellen" bedeutet in diesem Fall am anderen Ende vom Haus. Be- und Endladen und somit Ab- und Abreise sind leider sehr anstrengend. Was uns allerdings sm meisten gestört hat bei der Anreise sind die Hundehaare in der gesamten Wohnung. Die Wohnung scheint häufig von Hundebesitzern gebucht zu werden. Wir haben 3 Tage gebraucht und mehrmaliges Saugen um die Hundehaare zumindest annähernd von der Couch und aus den Betten zu bekommen damit wir uns wohlfühlen konnten.

Ihre Anmerkung zum fehlenden Schlüssel für den Poller verstehen wir gut – wir wissen, dass dies die An- und Abreise mit Gepäck erschwert, und geben den Hinweis gerne weiter. Besonders leid tut es uns, dass Sie bei der Anreise Hundehaare in der Wohnung vorgefunden haben. Tatsächlich waren vor Ihrem Aufenthalt keine Hunde in der Wohnung, sodass wir uns diesen Vorfall nicht erklären können. Wir werden dem jedoch nachgehen. Bei einem kurzen Hinweis direkt nach Ihrer Anreise hätten wir selbstverständlich sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz der genannten Punkte schöne Tage verbringen konnten, und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns willkommen zu heißen.
