In the open kitchen area, you’ll find everything you need for a successful holiday—including an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. You can enjoy meals together in the dining area in a pleasant atmosphere.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack, offering additional comfort.

The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 6) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.

From March through November 2026, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building in the immediate vicinity of the complex. If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbour, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long beach.
