Wir buchen diese Wohnung seit Jahren. Sie ist groß, hat zwei tolle Dachterrassen, liegt gut und unsere Hunde dürfen auch mit. Natürlich ist sie in die Jahre gekommen. Ich gehe da mit den Vorrednern, dass die Spülmaschine erneuert gehört und die Whirlwanne ersetzt oder die Ecke mit was völlig anderem ( Dampfkabine?) belegt werden sollte. Bünning war so lieb und hat den Whirlpool nochmal extra gereinigt. Aber es ist wie es ist. Nach so vielen Jahren kommt nur noch Kalk und ich möchte gar nicht wissen was noch Alles aus den Düsen. Wir haben ihn deshalb nicht genutzt. Auch der Wasserhahn an der Spüle und Waschbecken haben bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das ist natürlich nachzuvollziehen nach so vielen Jahren, aber vielleicht haben die Besitzer irgendwann einmal ein Einsehen. Wir mögen die Wohnung trotzdem und werden wieder buchen

Toller Meerblick, Küche renovierungsbedürftig
Sehr schöner Meerblick, tolle räumliche Aufteilung.
Räume waren gut gereinigt.
Allerdings sollte die Küche dringend renoviert bzw erneuert werden. Herd und Kochfeld sowie Kochgeschirr stark abgenutzt und verschmutzt. Geschirrspüler reinigt nur noch schlecht und ist sehr verdreckt,
Möbel teilweise sehr abgenutzt.
Whirlpooldüsen sprudeln Schmutz mit raus,.
Die Lage und Größe sind traumhaft.
Wenn die Wohnung renoviert wird kommen wir gerne wieder
