The approximately 51 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday—ideal for couples, families, and anyone who loves the Baltic Sea.
Just about 150 metres from the fine-sand beach, you can reach the Baltic Sea in just a few minutes’ walk—perfect for spontaneous days at the beach, long walks, or breakfast to the sound of the waves.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa nook, smart TV, Denon soundbar, board games, and a wood-burning stove—perfect for cosy evenings, even outside the summer months. From the living room, you can step out onto the northwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun and fresh sea air in peace. Thanks to high-speed fiber-optic internet, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally fast and stable connection throughout the entire apartment—perfect for streaming, working from home, or planning your holiday.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your holiday: an oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of dishes and silverware, as well as many practical utensils for daily use.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) and a second smart TV. The separate children’s room is equipped with a sturdy bunk bed (approx. 90 x 195 cm)—also ideal for children or teenagers.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for the youngest guests—ensuring that young families feel completely at home.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment—so you can stay fully connected even while on holiday.

If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
