Holiday Apartment 201 in Haus Atlantik is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Decorated in earth tones, this 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the “Atlantik” and offers 67 m² of space for a relaxing holiday right next to the pier. The apartment features a combined living and dining area, a modern kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. Enjoy the sun on the furnished south-facing balcony. The beach and the pier are just 50 metres away.

In the living area of the holiday rental, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system invite you to enjoy cosy evenings together. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The dining table connects the living area to the kitchen. The large table with 6 upholstered chairs offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

In the first bedroom of the holiday rental, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. A flat-screen TV provides evening entertainment here as well. The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa (148 x 195 cm). A closet here also provides ample storage space. The sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) in the living area quickly transforms into a comfortable sleeping space for two people. Curtains and roller blinds are provided in both bedrooms and the living area for privacy or to block out light.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests. Is your holiday laundry wrinkled in your suitcase? No problem: You’ll find an ironing board and an iron in the storage room.

The bright and modern shower room with a toilet features a lighted mirror and a sink. It offers storage space for your toiletries. The bathroom is tiled. Vinyl flooring is installed in the living room and bedrooms. A rug in front of the couch and runners in the first bedroom add a touch of cosiness. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

The exclusive Atlantik building with an lift is situated in a prime location on the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is located in the underground car park. The holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.80 m).

The well-maintained courtyard of the apartment building invites you to relax. You can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or by lift. The Atlantik building offers a lockable bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Each holiday apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles that are not sports models (lowered, with spoilers, or low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
