The HaP/19 holiday rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The apartment is located in Kühlungsborn West, just 50 metres from the fine sandy beach. An lift takes you conveniently up to the ground floor. There you’ll find an open living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the southwest side of the building, you’ll have approximately 47 square metres of living space at your disposal. From the balcony, you can enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea.

In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) or the armchair with its matching ottoman. For entertainment, a Blu-ray player and a flat-screen TV are available. The large dining table in the living room offers space for all guests.

The open kitchenette is equipped with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

You can also relax in the bedroom, which is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The closet provides space for your clothes and other travel essentials. A second flat-screen TV provides additional comfort. Curtains can be drawn to block out the light.

Of course, the holiday rental also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Tiles have been laid in the living and wet areas, while the bedroom has carpeted floors.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Small pets are allowed upon request.

The apartment includes a nearby outdoor parking space. Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
