Holiday Apartment 42 in the “Haus am Park” holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This cosy holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and, with a size of 53 m², offers plenty of space. From the covered balcony, you’ll enjoy a side view of the sea as well as a sweeping view of the park across the way. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 50 m away.

The living area features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a spacious corner sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm). From here, you can access the east-facing balcony.

A staircase leads up to the converted attic. Here, you’ll find a second cosy retreat with reading chairs and another flat-screen TV. From the skylight, you have a sweeping view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn West as well as a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The attic features a second shower room/bathroom with a spacious bathtub.

The adjacent open kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, and four ceramic cooktops. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a closet. Curtains are provided for blackout.

The apartment features a tiled shower room/bathroom with a hair dryer. Vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment; the kitchen area is tiled.

A high chair and a portable cot are available for young guests.

Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned underground parking space is located in the neighbouring building “Meeresblick” (max. height 2.00 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests for a fee.

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
