Holiday Apartment 23 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This exclusive, 48 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Linden-Palais and can accommodate up to 3 people. It features a combined living and dining area, a modern kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the southwest-facing balcony, complete with a parasol and three comfortable, adjustable high-back chairs, you can enjoy the sun during the day and in the evening. The beach, just about 50 metres away, ensures a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea.

In the spacious living area, a modern genuine leather couch, a recliner with a footstool, and a coffee table invite you to spend cosy hours in front of the 55-inch flat-screen TV. For additional entertainment, a Blu-ray player and a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity are available. You can use the house’s Wi-Fi access free of charge.

The modern kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped and features high-quality appliances such as a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven at eye level. A microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker round out the amenities. The adjacent dining area, furnished with a table and three chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (150 x 210 cm). A fixed-position cot (1.40 m long) is also available in the bedroom for a small child up to about 6 years old. A radio with a CD player is also provided. Two nightstands and a large wardrobe offer plenty of storage space.

Through the hallway, which features a large mirror and a coat rack, you’ll enter the modern, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower. Glass shelves provide space for smaller items. The vanity cabinet contains a hair dryer and offers additional storage space. Hooks on the outside of the glass shower enclosure are available for towels, and a pull-out drying rack in the shower is provided for wet clothes.

The holiday rental is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The living area features modern designer flooring, while underfloor heating in all rooms ensures pleasant warmth. All windows are equipped with adjustable pleated blinds. The bedroom, bathroom, and one living room window also have insect screens. There is also a sliding insect screen in front of the sliding balcony door.

This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a separate room in the building. A laundry basket, an ironing board, and an iron are provided in the apartment.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the designated underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialities at the Schwanen Café & Bistro.
