90 minutes from Paris, at the gates of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in Eure et Loir, the gîte de l'Epinay (3 épis) welcomes you all year round in a natural, quiet and green setting.
Ideal rental for 8 people.

- Private pond. Fishing allowed: pike, tench, perch, the pond can drop by 2/3 during the summer period.
- Large garden: Stargazing without pollution of the city light, football goal, swing.
- Covered and heated swimming pool generally from the end of April to mid-October.
The pool can be uncovered when the weather is nice. The pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm approximately.
- Petanque court.
- Games room, billiards, table tennis, table football.
- Music reduced after 11 p.m.
- Wooded and shaded park. Cool house in summer thanks to its stone walls (2 fans on site)
- On reservation, sports coach, massage
- In addition, you can pick up your groceries at Leclerc drive or Intermarché in Verneuil sur Avre.
- In addition and upon reservation, transfer service from Verneuil sur Avre train station.
- Baby corner: travel cot, changing table and high chair, games.

Old mansion consisting of 4 bedrooms (4 double beds), 1 fitted kitchen, 1 dining room with a large farmhouse table, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 toilet.

Rental without pets.

Deposit check requested on arrival and returned on departure.
Opening hours:

- Weekend: arrival Friday 6pm, departure Sunday 6pm.
- Weekend (July/August): arrival 4 pm, departure 10 am.
Week: arrival 4 pm, departure 10 am.
Possible arrangement on schedules.

All clienteles accepted: retirees, families, friends, couples, LGBT, professionals,... owner residing on the farm.
