Casa MULINELLO is a 90 m² villa in Tuscany, originally a 17th-century tower restored in 1990. Spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there’s a living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen/dining area and a second fireplace. Two panoramic terraces offer stunning views of Montepulciano, the valley, and Mount Amiata. The house sleeps 6 and includes Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, barbecue, and home comforts. Bed linen, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and firewood are included. Electricity and gas for hot water, cooking, and heating are available for an extra charge. Four resident cats, no pool. Private parking available.

Capanne di Sopra estate features two charming stone houses. While close together, each house guarantees you a fully independent stay. Located 1.3 km from Montefollonico and 7 km from Montepulciano, the property sits in a peaceful, panoramic spot with sweeping views of the Montepulciano valley, San Biagio temple, Monte Amiata, and the Val d'Orcia hills. To preserve the rural atmosphere, there is no swimming pool. Four friendly, well-cared-for cats live on the estate. Access is via a private dirt road, about 400 meters from the main road, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods. Reserved parking is provided.
