The apartment is designed for two people, possibly with a small child up to two years old. In this modern and comfortably furnished apartment, with its huge windows and terrace (34 m²) offering direct views of the Baltic Sea, you can truly relax and unwind. It's located right in Orth, just 10 meters from the East Bay, 50 meters from the harbor, and 100 meters from the West Bay. Here you can enjoy views of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge and the sunrise. You can enjoy the sunrise from the terrace in the morning and, after a leisurely breakfast, head straight out onto the water. Or you can simply enjoy one of the many other attractions the area has to offer: the idyllic harbor of Orth with its cafes and restaurants, the nearby nature reserves, or the beautiful cycling paths. The apartment is fully furnished, very modern and tastefully decorated, and located directly on the Baltic Sea beach – ideal for water sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation! The living room boasts modern amenities, including a modern flat-screen TV with satellite reception and USB port, a stereo system with Bluetooth dock, USB and line-in, CD player, and radio. And of course, Wi-Fi!

Over 200 kilometers of bike paths with minimal inclines make the island of Fehmarn a popular destination for cyclists of all ages! These paths are away from car traffic and often run directly along the coast. Several bird and nature reserves are within walking distance of the apartment, and the renowned NABU Wallnau Waterbird Reserve is easily accessible by bike or car. This beautiful apartment is located right next to one of the best kite and windsurfing spots in Europe! The spot works in all wind directions and offers not only fantastic flat water conditions but also the largest shallow water area in the Baltic Sea! A café is located nearby, offering rolls, bread, newspapers, homemade cakes, and of course, a delicious breakfast from early morning.
