Villa with Garden and Sea Views
Its location is perfect for enjoying complete tranquility without needing a car. On your walk to the beach, you’ll find shops for your daily needs.
Several terraces let you choose your spot depending on the sunlight. In the morning, have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea; in the evening, dine on the porch. The large terrace offers views of both the sea and the mountains, and features a barbecue—ideal for pleasant summer evenings.
The house is spread over two floors and is accessed via a stone staircase. Upon entering, you’ll find stairs leading to the lower floor, which has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
Upstairs, there’s an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, with direct access to the porch and garden area. The dining-living room boasts wonderful sea views and access to the terrace, creating a bright and welcoming space to relax and spend time together with family or friends.
