Located in the heart of town, just steps from shops (300 m) and the port (quai Lenigo), 1 km on foot from the train station, and 700 m from Saint-Goustan beach, in the northwest of the peninsula, facing Pen Bron point.



This lovely single-story house with a private enclosed garden offers all the comfort you need. You can park your car inside the garden.

Maison très bien située, au calme mais proche des commodités.Grandes pièces, beaucoup d'espace. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents.Nous apprécions tout particulièrement la possibilité de garer la voiture dans l'enceinte de la maison fermée par un portail.
