This stylishly renovated one-room apartment (40 m²) on the 2nd floor features a sunny southwest-facing location and a modern, cosy atmosphere. The open-concept living and sleeping area is harmoniously designed and features a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) as well as a practical sleeper sofa (140 × 200 cm).

A special highlight is the small, sunny balcony (6 m²) with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake, the surrounding mountains, the countryside, and the city.
