Our Arkonablick house is located right by the dunes and the beach promenade, in the center of Juliusruh. The 45 m² Pelikan studio apartment is easily accessible via 5 steps on the ground floor and accommodates up to 4 guests in a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, two TVs, radio-CD, and a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an extra charge. A baby cot, high chair, mini safe, and a lockable bike storage room are included.



Relax on the terrace with the beach chair and enjoy the garden. From mid-May to late September, a private beach chair is available on the beach. The beach, dunes, and promenade are directly behind the house and garden. Free street parking is available; an underground parking space can be used for an extra charge if available. Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card. Pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted indoors. Private beach access from the garden.



As a seaside resort, spa taxes apply and are charged separately depending on the season. You will find the keys in the house safe by the mailbox. Our team on site will be happy to assist you. Restaurants, ice cream café, kiosk, and bike rental are within walking distance. In Altenkirchen (2 km away), you’ll find a shopping center, gas station, and pharmacy.

gute FeWo in toller Lage

Pros: Die FeWo ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, vollständig ausgestattet hat einen Balkon mit Strandkorb. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt hinter der Düne. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist kein Problem, da wenig befahren. Cons: Die Wohnung könnte mal wieder renoviert werden, ist aber sauber. Soweit so gut. Probleme gab es leider bei der Buchung / Bezahlung hier auf dem Portal! Der angegebene Preis waren 402 € für 5 Nächte, abgebucht wurden 505€ !!! Es gab nach der Buchung keine Rechnung ( anders als bei Booking), meine Beschwerde wurde ignoriert, so daß ich jetzt versuchen muß, mir den überzähligen Betrag zurückzuholen. Also die Wohnung direkt bei der Vermieterin buchen, nicht auf diesem Portal. Werde ich auch nicht mehr machen!
