Our family of four plus our Labrador had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. This house was a great base for a lot of day trips throughout our week (Bayeux / D Day beaches and graves and Trouville) and the proximity to pretty Honfleur for leisurely walks through the cobbled alleys was excellent.

A Good Place to Stay

Good accommodation in rural setting. Well appointed with all amenities. Small concern over slippery shower, maybe a anti-slip shower mat and a grab handle would assist less mobile visitors.

Entspannung pur

trotz sehr wechselhaftem Wetter hatten wir 2 angenehme Wochen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt fĂŒr nahe AusflĂŒge nach Honfleur,Deauville,Trouville, und auch Rouen, Etretat und die Suisse normande sind problemlos zu erreichen. Der Garten mit Ausblick auf die Felder und WĂ€lder ist traumhaft. Wir haben viele Sonnenstunden dort verbracht.Vielen Dank an Melanie und Ambroise fĂŒr den freundlichen Empfang.

Great location but poor facliteis

Amazing location and setting for the property but let down by extremely poor WIFI and bathroom and toilet ( shower very small and slippery exit, toilet small and very diifficult to access. Felt very uncomfortable having to wait for gite to be checked over before receiving our very large deposit back.We have never had to pay this amount of cash for a depoist before.Gite would be ideal though for a family with small children.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick in die Landschaft. Honfleur ist mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto schnell und gut erreichbar. Der BĂ€cker fĂŒr frisches Baguette ist in 10 Minutne mit dem Fahhrad zu erreichen.Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Lovely vacation home

We stayed at the house for about a week together with our two kids. There's plenty of space and the garden and the view are wonderful. We really enjoyed our time and miss this place already!

Idyllischer Ort mit herrlichem Garten

We had a lovely stay at Melanie and Ambroise. The house was great. The service was even better. Melanie and Ambroise are lovely people how care a lot for their tenants and their houses. We recommend a stay in beautiful Normandy with them!

Schöne Aussicht in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in ruhiger und schöner Lage 5km außerhalb Honfleurs genossen. Das Haus ist praktikabel aber leider bei Einzug etwas ungepflegt gewesen. Gute KĂŒchenausstattung und der schöne Blick in die Natur sind hervorzuheben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Leider wird einem auf der Homepage suggeriert, das das Haus zentrumsnah in Honfleur liegt, weshalb wir nur eine mittlere Bewertung geben können, da wir ein Haus in fußlĂ€ufiger NĂ€he zu Honfleur gesucht hatten.

Alles klopt

De woning is licht, ruim en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Zelfs de verlichting is sfeervol wat je niet van veel Franse huizen kan zeggen. Jammer dat de oven nauwelijks werkt en de radio afstemmen is mij niet gelukt.
