Welcome to this spacious and bright 180 m² holiday home, perfect for up to 8 guests.



Located in the heart of the Four Périgord regions, this charming house blends nature, authenticity, and a relaxed lifestyle, just 10 minutes from Périgueux. You will easily reach picturesque villages such as Brantôme, Le Bugue, Les Eyzies (the world capital of Prehistory), Sarlat, Domme, Beynac, La Roque-Gajeac, Montignac, as well as gourmet markets, castles, caves, historic sites, hiking trails, bike paths, and the region’s authentic cuisine.



Meet Philibert the rooster and his hens, the house mascots! On some days, you can enjoy fresh eggs from the chicken coop for an unforgettable country breakfast.



Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace or the open terrace—ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation. The private saltwater pool is secured with an electric cover for your peace of mind. It is closed from October 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027 (open in summer). A private barbecue and plancha are available for you to enjoy grilled meals surrounded by nature.



You will find:

• 4 comfortable bedrooms, including a suite with private bathroom and air conditioning

• A charming mezzanine bedroom

• A beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace

• A fully equipped kitchen

• Spacious and elegant living areas



Electric car charging is available on site for an extra fee. Unauthorized charging is not permitted. Bed linen is provided with the optional cleaning package, available for an extra fee.

Beautiful property in a quiet location

Pros: The setup with the pool/terrace was perfect for us, with two kids, one of which needed constant supervision in the pool.
